To secure your appointment and protect our stylists' time, a booking fee is required. This pre-paid amount is deducted from your final service total.

Booking fees are in place to safeguard our business and the livelihoods of our team. Our stylists are caring, dedicated professionals who always put our guests first — and it is unfair to place them in a position where they are asked to bend or break policy on your behalf. Please do not ask us to book an appointment without a booking fee. Appointments cannot be held without one.

Respecting the Schedule

Time is a shared agreement — honouring it keeps everyone’s experience calm, fair and predictable.

We run our salon with care, structure and respect for every guest’s time. To keep our day flowing smoothly and to protect the well-being of our team, we have a clear lateness policy.

Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee will be added to your appointment.

Lateness can reduce the time available for your service. In some cases, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next guest.

No Contact = No Show If we haven't heard from you and you are more than 15 minutes late, we will treat the appointment as a no-show. If a walk-in guest arrives during this time, we may move on to serve them.

Fairness Goes Both Ways We believe in equality and accountability — for us as much as for our guests. If we run more than 15 minutes behind schedule, you will receive a discount equal to the late fee as an apology for the delay.
